• Attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or exploit the website's functionality.
• Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our tools utilize HTML5, Canvas, Web Audio API, and JavaScript to estimate hardware metrics like polling rate, latency, and click speeds. FPSMode is provided on an "AS IS" basis without warranties of any kind. While we strive for extreme accuracy, browser limitations, OS settings, and background tasks can affect the results. We do not guarantee 100% precision in all environments.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall FPSMode, its creator (Muntasir Ahmed), or affiliates be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or hardware degradation) arising out of the use or inability to use the tools on FPSMode's websites. "Drag clicking" or "Jitter clicking" is done at your own risk and we are not responsible for wear and tear on your peripherals.
